    We are committed to helping our employees strike the right work–life balance. That is why we assist them with vouchers, for example, for child care outside of normal kindergarten hours or help them to look for a kindergarten place.

  • Yoga

    To create a balance and promote a healthy lifestyle, we offer a yoga session once a week during the lunch break and also have a cooperation partnership with Kaifu Lodge (fitness club) for special rates on contracts.

    We want to make sure that our employees are well provided for when they retire. That is why every employee is enrolled on Pahnke’s company pension scheme after working here for two years.

  • Company bikes

    To ensure that employees can also be mobile and stay active during their breaks, we have four smart Pahnke bikes for them to tear up the streets of the Schanze and the surrounding areas.
