Our employees should get through the day feeling good, why is why we supply them with water, cola, fruit juices, coffee and fresh fruit.

We are committed to helping our employees strike the right work–life balance. That is why we assist them with vouchers, for example, for child care outside of normal kindergarten hours or help them to look for a kindergarten place.

Our employees should be able to get from A to B in a straightforward, inexpensive and eco-friendly manner. To this end, we offer them a subsidised HVV ProfiCard.
- Capital-forming payments
We also want to help our employees with their private provision by making capital-forming payments and giving them the opportunity to seek the right advice.
To create a balance and promote a healthy lifestyle, we offer a yoga session once a week during the lunch break and also have a cooperation partnership with Kaifu Lodge (fitness club) for special rates on contracts.
